Content Moderation Policy

This Moderation Policy governs content available on KahaniTv and your use of any interactive features on the Platform (including comments, ratings, profiles, reports and any future community tools) (collectively, the “Features”). It applies to all audio, video, text and digital interactions, whether paid or unpaid.

Use of the Platform is subject to this Policy. Violations may result in removal of content, restriction or termination of access, and forfeiture of fees without compensation or refund except where required by law.

1. Nature of moderation

KahaniTv is primarily a publisher of online curated content (stories, short dramas and series). Catalogue titles are reviewed under our internal standards and applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 as they apply to publishers of online curated content, and any self-regulatory mechanism we join.

Interactive features (comments or similar), if enabled, are not continuously monitored in real time. You acknowledge that engagement with other users carries risk. In the interest of safety we may use automated, AI-based or human review tools. Content or an interaction that violates our policies may be removed or terminated without compensation or refund.

We do not conduct background verification of users. Please follow the Terms, this Policy and the Privacy Policy while using the Platform.

2. No responsibility for user conduct

The Company is not responsible for the actions of users who use the Features. Such actions are not representative of us or our directors, employees, officers or investors. We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate this Policy, the Terms, the Privacy Policy or applicable laws.

3. Authorisation and compliance with laws

By using the Features, you represent that you are authorised and have legal capacity to use them, and that you will not violate the privacy rights, intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity.

4. Standards of behaviour and content

Be civil. Interactions must be civil and within acceptable boundaries. Do not do anything that is abusive, illegal or offensive. Do not use language that invades another person’s privacy.

No stalking or harassment. Users are prohibited from harassing or stalking anyone online or offline in connection with KahaniTv. We may take legal action if required.

No unauthorised recording or sharing. Do not transcribe, record, take screenshots of other users’ private information, or reproduce non-public information obtained through the Platform in a way that violates law or these policies.

No prohibited sexual content in user features. Nude, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful user-uploaded content is prohibited. Detected violations may be removed immediately without refund. Catalogue titles are rated and classified separately; adult dramatic themes in licensed stories are not an invitation to upload pornography or to use KahaniTv as a dating or nude-cam service.

5. Catalogue content standards

KahaniTv Content shall not, to our knowledge and after reasonable review appropriate to a curated service, be published if it:

• Violates any law in force in India;
• Threatens the sovereignty, integrity or security of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or incites the commission of a cognisable offence;
• Is defamatory, obscene in a manner prohibited by law, or knowingly false and harmful;
• Depicts children in any sexualised manner;
• Infringes copyright or other intellectual property (see the Copyright Policy).

We apply age ratings / content descriptors where required and restrict access to the Service to users 18 and above.
